What we collect during the beta
- Account details you submit through /waitlist: name, email, job title, company, and the reason you joined.
- URLs you submit for audit, the resulting scorecards, and audit history. You control which URLs are submitted.
- Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for rate limiting and incident response. Logs are retained for the shortest period needed to operate the service.
What we do not do
- Sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties.
- Use your data to train AI models.
- Track you across other sites. We do not run advertising pixels.
Vendors we use
ProvenAEO runs on Vercel and Supabase. Transactional email is sent through Resend. Entity enrichment for the Organization schema generator and author verification uses AnySite. Each vendor processes only the data needed to perform its function.
